MITEM Relocates European Headquarters
New Facilities Offer Improved
and Expanded Services to Customers in
Europe, Middle East and Africa

PARK, CA, - May 22, 2002 - MITEM Corporation today announced the relocation
of its European headquarters from Letchworth to Stevenage - located 30
miles north of London. The new European headquarters will provide improved
and enhanced facilities to support the growing demand for integration
software and services from enterprises across Europe, the Middle East
and Africa.
The new offices will accommodate key business functions that include
sales, marketing, professional services, technical support and a new
training and education facility. MITEM Europe will now offer scheduled
classes for MitemView developers and partners for its EMEA customer
base.
