MITEM Corporation Acquires Cornerstone
Consulting Company
Creation of new MITEM Professional
Services Group to supply expert MitemView services
MENLO PARK, CA (20 March, 2000) - MITEM Corporation today announced
the purchase of the Cornerstone Consulting Company. Cornerstone Consulting,
headquartered in Springfield, MA, has provided expert MitemView
programming, mentoring and training services to over thirty MITEM customers.
The Cornerstone business forms the basis of a new MITEM Professional
Services Group. The Cornerstone name will be retired. Larry White, Cornerstone's
Founder and CEO, has been appointed as MITEM's Vice President of Professional
Services.
MITEM's new Professional Services Group will support end-user customers
and business partners alike. By making MitemView experts available
on a contract basis, MITEM can address the resource management challenges
that high-growth markets often experience. Also, a Professional Services
Group - working closely with the MITEM Engineering Group - enables MITEM
to move more rapidly into emerging markets by defining and delivering
complete customer solutions.
