Sr. Account Executive - US

MITEM is seeking an experienced Sr. account executive for its healthcare division. As a Sr. account executive you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling MITEM Blue Iris software solutions to potential new clients in the healthcare marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for the following keys sales activities:

  • Initiating and maintaining new client relationships
  • Territory management
  • Pipeline maintenance
  • Territory analysis
  • Competitive analysis & reporting
  • Performing and coordinating prospective client product demonstrations
  • Usage and consistent maintenance of sales force productivity tools
  • Attendance of industry trades shows as needed

Requirements

MITEM is seeking seasoned healthcare informatics sales representatives with proven healthcare sales experience in:

  • Medium size healthcare informatics sales ($100-300K)
  • Long sales cycles (approximately 1 year)
  • Sales experience with VP and C-Level executives
  • Exceeding $1,000,000 quotas
  • Basic computer skills to include usage of productivity software such as Microsoft Office

Travel

  • 50% to 75% Travel during peak periods

Technical Skills

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent market/sales experience
  • 10-15 years experience in healthcare information technology
  • Successful sales track record in healthcare information technology
  • Clinical laboratory background a major plus
  • MEDITECH HIS/LIS experience a plus
